Practicing Gratitude

Thanksgiving invites us to reflect on all of the things we have to feel grateful about. While this year may have posed some challenges to feeling gratitude when we’ve faced life shattering events such as the covid pandemic, social and racial injustice, political unrest, and economic devastation, it’s more important than ever to ground ourselves in the things we have to be grateful for.
